The idea for Little Poke Phlebotomy services was sparked when we noticed that some private offices, such as midwiferies and naturopathic doctors, were not able to easily provide blood draws services in office. This means patients needed to book additional lab appointments, travel to another location, and spend more time than necessary. As for providers, this means faster labs results for the as they are not waiting for patients to book that lab appointment.

There had to be a more efficient way for providers and clients alike, and Little Poke found it!

As a licensed phlebotomy service serving our local community, we understand the anxiety and fear that can surround having blood drawn, and sending them to a lab can only cause more discomfort.

We use the term “Little Poke” in our company name because the comfort of every patient is our main priority. While getting poked with a needle is not at the top of a patient’s “fun list,” we do our best to make the experience pleasant.
